6. Subscription Types

Vellabox offers three subscription types: re-billable monthly subscriptions, prepaid annual subscriptions, and prepaid gift subscriptions.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Acknowledges an initial and recurring payment feature.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Acknowledges an initial pre-payment feature for one full year of service.
  • Gift Subscriptions: Will not be renewed after the term expires.

7. Product Information; Limitation on Quantities

We strive to ensure that the information on the Site is complete and reliable. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by Members.

8. Proprietary Rights

The content on the Site is the property of Vellabox and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights and laws.

The laws of the State of Ohio shall govern these Terms.

21. Disputes

Any dispute regarding your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Columbus, Ohio.
